How To Use -
1. Capsule: Take one capsule in the morning on an empty stomach with curd or buttermilk. If curd or buttermilk is not available, you can take it with water.
2. Juice: Take 10ML to 20ML with fresh water, half an hour before dinner in the evening.
What to eat -
- Grains: Wheat, barley, shali rice.
- Pulses: Masoor dal, moong, arhar.
- Fruits and Vegetables: Drumstick, tinda, nutmeg, pointed gourd, garlic, bottle gourd, ridge gourd, bitter gourd, pumpkin, seasonal vegetables, amaranth leaves, bathua, guava, amla, papaya, radish leaves, fenugreek, leafy greens, yam, cucumber, carrot, flat beans, green beans.
- Others: Light food, black salt, buttermilk, plenty of water, cumin, turmeric, fennel, mint, honey, wheatgrass, punarnava, lemon, harad, panchkol, asafoetida.
